As a novice D.T. technician, I undertook SCHS core training, SMHS and S1HS training with Lindsey Coates.
Lindsey was very accommodating when initially arranging the training, offering to deliver the SCHS course online to facilitate my needs. The other two courses were delivered within my own DT department which really helped me to understand the machines I would be using.
I found Lindsey to be very knowledgeable, thorough in her training and patient with questions and queries. She gave me time to practice what I had learnt on the machines and I was able to go at my own pace, this being particularly important when learning new skills.
She gave me great tips gained from her long experience being a D.T. technician and training others, which I will be using in my own practice moving forward!
Lindsey also kindly offered some post training support if I needed it. I would definitely recommend her consultancy to others.
