Booking will be confirmed on receipt of a valid Purchase Order. You will be invoiced at the end of the training. Payment is due within one calendar month of the invoice date. No certificates will be issued until full payment has been received. Late payment may incur financial penalties.
Cancellation. If I cancel, I will re-book for a future date at your convenience. A further discount may be applied depending on the notice given.
If you postpone, I may charge a postponement fee of up to £100 depending on the notice given.
If you cancel, no fee will be payable with more than one month notice. From two weeks to one month notice 50% of the purchase order will be payable. From one to two weeks notice 75% will be payable. With less than one week notice the purchase order will be payable in full.
I reserve the right to decline to train on any machine which I deem to be unsafe or unusable.
